We are excited to introduce our Panda Power Module tuning device for the Ford Bronco! This small, plug n play module packs a HUGE punch and is a performance upgrade that every Bronco owner should consider. Backed by our years of EcoBoost calibration knowledge and dyno-proven results, your Bronco will see gains up to 20% while maintaining OEM Reliability. This device is super simple and installs in minutes. To make operation even easier, a dedicated app allows map switching via Bluetooth.

We codeveloped this device with the user in mind, thatā€™s why we retained all OEM failsafes to keep reliability in check! Another point of reliability we wanted to focus on was the transmission. For this reason, we made sure the increased power delivery was safe for all driving conditions. The best part about this device is the fact that it keeps your factory warranty in tact! If you need to take your Bronco to the dealership for any warranty claims, simply uninstall the device completely and no trace is left behind.

This device isnā€™t just for those who want their Bronco to be faster. If you added a heavier wheel and tire package or if you plan to take your Bronco off road, this device is for you! Letā€™s be real, tires are HEAVY! If you add larger tires, you may notice a bit of power loss. This is because the engine must work that much harder to turn the wheels. With the Panda Power Module, you will recoup that power loss and then some! Plus, who doesnā€™t want a little extra power and torque?!

To help keep this added horsepower and torque in check, we added a set of NGK 1 Step Colder Spark Plugs to each Panda Power Module kit! When increasing the boost pressure on any EcoBoost vehicle, the stock spark plugs will experience whatā€™s called Spark Blowout. This is because the stock plugs are too hot and do not experience a complete burn. By going to a 1 step colder spark plug, you experience a more complete burn which results in consistent power delivery. This combined with the greater knock prevention that these plugs provide results in increased reliability.

We couldn't leave out the Dyno graph, so here is Stock Vs Panda Power Module on the 2.7L!

Iā€™ll go ahead and answer what we anticipate will be some of the most frequently asked questions:

What exactly is a Plug-n-play module and how does it work?

A plug-n-play module checks the OEM sensor data and configures the signal safely and reports back to the sensor. In turn, this is how we are increasing the power and torque of your Bronco! From the outside looking in it seems very simple, and it really is! We put a lot of time and effort into making sure the user experience is very simple and rewarding. This leads me to another question:

How exactly did you develop this device to make power safely?

We used our years of EcoBoost calibration knowledge to safely configure the signals in a way that wonā€™t upset your Bronco! All changes were made within the limits of the factory ECU so that your Bronco will receive these reconfigured signals in a way that it can safely react to. This will prevent any damage to any drivetrain components and prevent your Bronco from entering Limp Mode or displaying a Check Engine Light. We utilized our OEM datalogging capabilities during R&D to ensure that our Bronco retained factory drivability. We made sure that Air/Fuel ratio remained within a safe limit, as well as timing advance to deliver an OEM+ driving experience! For more on our tuning, check out our Blog by clicking HERE!

Any expected change in mpg?

That is a trick question!

I would not expect to see big MPG increases after adding wheels & Tires with this.

I could see some increase with the stock wheels/tires (non SAS)

On average I would say we lost less than 1MPG with Wheels/Tires & Tune on the 2.3 thats me driving it with a smile on my face not trying at all!

Hope this gives some clarity!

Quite the shift in peak power too. Iā€™m guessing low rpm boost is changed a bit. Howā€™s the water temp look at extended low rpm pulls?

From our Datalogging we did not see any worry with Coolant Temp During the pull in the lower RPM

Good deal. Thatā€™s the main issue with the EB motors. Extended low RPM, high boost scenarios where the boosty bois build heat a lot of heat with not a lot of RPM on the water pump.

Good Job!

any concerns about the trans being able to handle all that torque?

In our R&D we made sure to make sure the Increase in torque was safe on the trans. Main goal was to apply the TQ like OEM so It was not applied to quickly damaging the internals of the trans.

Sounds too good to be true lol. Very cool though, maybe Iā€™ll buy one and throw it up on the shelf. Will the warranty cover the next 4 years until our Bronco arrives?

So this works similar to how a Banks 6 gun works on a truck, correct? It just intercepts signals and adjusts them to get more power without making ANY changes to the actual PCM?

I know the answer, just want to put it out there for other folks that this is a system you can remove and go into service and nobody could know anything had been changed, because nothing has...
