Literally two posts down from what you quoted.I just spoke to the GM.
The $100 is for the reservation, there will NOT be any further deposit needed from the customer to us.
Because of the way Ford is having the reservations refunded, we may need to collect that reservation fee by U.S. mail or a credit card over the phone. It appears that Ford is sending the reservation fee to the original dealer and if a customer switches dealers, that dealer is sending the refund to the customer. I don't believe Ford has setup a means to collect the reservation to the second/switched dealer. We're still working out the details on that.

John will have to weigh in whether their dealership or Ford will allow you to hold your reservation with them for $0.
