With a reduction in IAT you can then advance the timing with an ECU tune and that will allow for an increase in power.

But just on it's own, a larger and/or more efficient intercooler simply lowers IAT. It will, however, reduce the possibility of causing a loss of power: high IAT's cause the ECU to retard ignition and decrease power to save the engine from going ka-boom.

It's only a 10 to 15 degree difference people run meth and it drops 20 to 30 degrees and it's fine and there no tunes for the broncos Whipple tune only changes the boost and transmission shift points
