I have never owned a Jeep or Bronco soft top so I was just wondering a few top basics.....on the softtop are those plastic side windows in the back or glass ? In a few shots they look plastic .

Can you pretty much plan as an owner a wear and tear cost that you will have to replace the top after 5-7 yrs due to either the top decaying or windows yellowing - hazing etc ? Im in Fl. so its pretty rough on fabrics.

What does it cost for instance to replace an entire Jeep, Bronco soft top these days ?

Had a 2011 Jeep...it was plastic. Had it for 5 years, no fade or scratches (that was one of my concerns before i bought it). Aftermarket tops ran around $250-$1k plus depending on features. There’s a lot of aftermarket ones for jeeps...hopefully there will be the same amount for bronco..

Edited: my Jeep was parked in the driveway under FL sun the whole time.

I believe in the Jeep, the windows on the soft-top are clear plastic.

I'll leave it to someone who's owned one on their durability.

You can also visit sites like Quadratec, Morris, 4wd.com, and check out the Jeep aftermarket parts to get some sort of idea on pricing and features, I’m thinking they’ll be very close with the bronco.

OT
I took this photo in January 2017 while visiting to get my Fix.

IMO, Best French Fries in the United States, Best Broasted Chicken and Cheeseburgers in Nebraska.

This is so awesome! I grew up in Omaha, and this, plus Runza, is always a required stop.

I need to visit again.. :)

Soft top aftermarket replacements have gone up in price. Got my Besttop premium snapless Jeep top for around $450 years ago. Now prices generally appear around $1000.

My tops lasted a long time, although with some window hazing. Try some good UV protectant (depending on the fabric), avoid abrasives, and avoid too much folding of windows when temps are lower.
