Touchscreen completely black

Started driving today and my touchscreen went completely black. Have noticed my FordPass still has my Bronco location listed from earlier, not my current location. Ford Power-Up version is 3.5.4.

Started driving today and my touchscreen went completely black. Have noticed my FordPass still has my Bronco location listed from earlier, not my current location. Ford Power-Up version is 3.5.4.

There is a way to reboot it using the power button. Here's a video that walks you through it.

Yeah I did try the Radio Power Button + Skip Forward reset about a dozen times, no luck.

I noticed my screen was black. Typically when I open the door the bronco screen lights up. Yesterday it wasn’t when opening the door. So I press the engine start button and the screen was black then turned back on after about 60seconds. After checking Sync it applied an update. The sync system is kinda finicky.
