They (Ford) need to make this part of the settings function instead of a code change.

Alright, i'll try that! thanks
Hullo! So I’m did the same thing with the TPMS disable and re-enable. Mine don’t work now either, although it was over a year since I last used the set with TPMS in ‘em. Did you ever figure out how to get yours working again? Thanks!

Edit: sorry to bug you - I did some light searching and found your update in another thread. Glad it all worked out! I’ll put some more miles on mine, hope they also eventually connect.

Other thread, for anyone else looking: https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/disabling-tpms-sensors.27340/page-3#post-1995006

I know I’m old (63) but I’m in the habit of looking at the tire Squash every time I walk out to my trucks, if the tire looks low I check it, fill it and look for anything potentially in the tire, so TPS not needed…. Since I off-road in my F350 as well as my bronco i lowered the TPS warning light and beeper to 20 psi in my F350 (using FORScan). If I could turn it off or lower the TPS light to 15 PSI in my Bronco I would be happy…. and that looks doable in FORScan.

I did just that with mine - set at 15. Light doesn't go off until around 12 or so? So I can still see if I get a flat, but my typical off road pressure at 15 doesn't set off the light.

TPMS Sensor were changed by FORD for the 2025's model vehicles to 433HZ. I had a set FORD Method Wheels installed and the Bronco is not detecting them. my BRONCO built date was JULY 2025. I even went to DISCOUNT TIRE to get them set no luck. Vehicle train method also no luck. No even with the tool provided with the kit. Anyone have a fix. I ordered a set cheap from EBAY verified the info before hand the sensor information is the vehicle information menu. Just FYI

2025 Ford Bronco Raptor TPMS: Changes

I start this off with above as hopefully others that are searching for this answer can find easier than I could. The 2025 Raptors (maybe others too) has different TPMS sensors than previous. I have confirmed with scan tool that they are 433Mhz sensors and the spare has it as well.

I have also confirmed by Ford dealer from build data (+06/25 build dates) that they are NOT what Ford Parts or Ford Accessory sites claim they are. Both sites are wrong and are incorrect (try telling Ford parts CS that. smh).

The correct Ford part# for my build date of 06/2025 is: PR3Z1A189M
Alternate Hamaton from TPMS dot com: UPROML3Z1A189D-FORD
Alternate Huf from TPMS dot com: UVSML3Z1A189D-FORD

There are others as well, but this will get you in the right direction. I know others have posted similar information, but I could not find a single post with all of it.

Just wanted to post as it was a little ridiculous trying to get the correct answer from Ford, as Ford Parts National and dealer could not find with my Vin#.
