I was told that they can sit in Chicago for a few days as they get switched around. Probably the same for any major switching yard.

@Kos I called CSX and I believe my car is at the plant waiting to go to Chicago. That is all the phone system told me. Suppose to arrive 1/6 in Chicago. Is there a way to see the whole journey? I assume if it goes direct it will be Minneapolis and then through the frozen wastelands of the upper Midwest.

No way to see the whole trip for the general public. From what I’ve seen cars going to the PNW are traveling BNSF. Unfortunately with my contracts, I can’t get much more visibility than what you can get from the CSX line.

I don’t know but mine is PCO & New Orleans for days, which is the final destination. It’s frustrating because it’s like 5 miles from my house.
I read from others you need to wait for it to change to intermediate arrival . I’m not sure the dealership can help, mine doesn’t communicate.

For the truck delivery service, it still shows inactive, not awaiting pickup.

This should be end of the line for The next step, truck delivery to Eastern Pa.
The message was 'Notification Ground Only' .... what does that mean?

It's waiting interchange in Gibson, should take the BNSF from there to Houston. I can't see travel forecasts with the BNSF, but I would expect it to be in Chicago for the next 24-48 Hrs, and then 3-4 days down to Houston. So I would expect it to be available to your dealers a week from today. From there it's dependent on truck transport and that's a real crap shoot. I've seen them set up truck transport within a few hours (mine thankfully) and some take a week (some other unfortunate souls).

awesome! I’ve tracked via phone with CSX but KOS seems to be able to have more info as he stated above. Who is your dealer?? Maybe same and we can stalk them together when it arrives to speed them along

Cavendar out in Columbus. I have a 2D WT. I went back to ordered status after showing in production. But Chat gave me the rail car info. How about you?
