I think Im seeing hardtop panels or something? Maybe under hood insulation? But yeah dont worry. They will get backed up on the bad batch and have temps go through and fix everything for half the pay. Been there, dont that, and said f you through my teeth at the assholes who said it wasnt their responsibility when they left and I had to stay late without OT pay. Honestly I think everybody should work in a factory for atleast a year after high school just so they can learn about how much BS people go through and drag other into just to make our society keep moving.

He is saying the UAW is now a toxic cancer that allows employees to do their job absolutely terribly (as seen above) and have ZERO repercussion, all while making more than any other comparable factory job.

I was at MAP today and watched the shift change. They are regular people doing their job like the rest of us for the most part. MAP is a good plant, every company/organization/team has a few bed apples. Our family business had a lot of people rotate in and out from our business to the plants. Crazy stories, but most of the guys were talented and worked hard, for us or in the plants.
What if you’re all wrong and it’s not even at Ford... what if it’s at Webasto? Just a thought
