I used this on my 2023 the first year, and touch up as needed annually. Project Farm on YouTube did a comparison and this rated high for staying power.
Still looks new underneath after 3 winters and 30k miles.
$36 for 4 cans was more than enough for my 2dr. It did help having a lift, I won’t lie.

If you want an easy solution. Look at Salt Shift rust shield. Easy to apply (regular spray bottle) and leaves no sticky film and takes about 10 minutes to apply. It’s says it will last a year but I have gone 2 years. And it cures with a shiny finish.

I live in New York and my 2022 2.7 Base Sasquatch has some surface rust building up on the undercarriage. I was wondering who else has experienced this and what have they done to address the rust? I was looking into a dry ice treatment but I am not familiar with it. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. She lives outside and we had a brutal winter this year.
I did wool wax at a local off-road place for about $250

Thanks for that recommendation. Salt Shift Rust Shield

Tannic Acid.
Discovered over 1400 years ago, Tannic acid acts as a natural, non-toxic rust converter, chemically transforming iron oxide (red rust) into iron tannate, a stable, blue-black passive layer. It's the active ingredient in rust converters marketed today, at a huge mark-up. After wire brushing and degreasing the rusted area, mix 3-10 CCs of tannic acid powder with 100 CCs of warm water and apply to the rusty surface. You can add 1 CC of Xanthan Gum, a thickening agent, for applications on vertical surfaces. A second coating can be applied after the 45 minutes. After 24 hours, coat the area with heavy paint or undercoating. Link

Broncos made to metal. Metal rusts. Vehicles have a lifespan. They rust, get old and break. And are thrown out and replaced.

ford doesn’t make any cars designed to be 50 year old collector cars. They make cars designed to wear out

I guess to me saying that cars rust is like saying water got me wet

but yes my comment did sound like Facebook. I could argue that the question was similar to Facebook too.

Very informative. And to think, I was just having fun driving through the tannic waters. Didn't realize the rust prevention benefit.

I noticed last year I had more surface rust on my '22 WT frame than I would have expected, but oddly it seemed limited to the V6 angled frame supports. It was not Ohio bad rust, but more rust than I would have expected in WA and weird to be isolated. The truck did originally sell in MT, though. I was thinking wire brush, clean, and spray some Rustoleum rust converter on it.
