Underglow Turn signals (OPT7 Sequential)

I didn’t want my first thread just saying hi

after finally getting my bronco out of reverse camera stop sale jail. I wanted to be able to give you guys something to at least to talk about. Being seen is something that I take very seriously(coming from a motorcycle background) especially at night or early mornings I want people to absolutely KNOW what my intentions are (owning a BMW as well not withstanding).
I’ll drop a link to this set up below for anyone interested… but I went with OPT7’s running board sequential turn signals(no affiliate link- you can find them cheaper on Amazon but I’ve linked their main site so you can see them.)
How I have it wired is to come on with the headlights (amber OPT7 running lights) and turn signals. There is one other mode that I’m still trying to work out but haven’t yet found a good place to tap into. That would be the white underglow lights for door entry. If anyone knows where I can tap into that EXPLICITLY I’m all ears.
You can set these up to JUST have the turn signals too if the running lights isn’t your thing.

I like how the indicator lights sequence.
And the amber lights will go with a lot of color schemes.
I am also a big fan of added visibility for motorcycle riders. Some people think we are clairvoyant.

Would you give us a close up of where and of how they mount?
As a rock crawler, I wouldn't want my first post-install outing shredding them right off.
Depending on what your "rock face" is, there could be some rocks with new LED indicators out there.

Hey Doc, they are mounted to the outer side of the pinch welds using the 3M that comes pre-installed and behind the factory rock-sliders. if you don't have room for that due to aftermarket sliders you can use the frame rails.

Great question Beach_Bum! I started my brand centered around how I cant seem to keep any of my vehicles stock. So not only do I modify my vehicles but I modified my letters too. Partially leetspeak and regular letters. I have a tendency to end up modifying my vehicles to a level that ends up getting me "BLACKLISTED" from dealerships so that where that came from(actually happened with my BMW). The brand doesn't necessarily symbolize that a vehicle HAS to be to that level of modification, just recognizes the 1/3 of society that enjoys modifying.

We all like being different and like I said in the first post I like being seen, so my shirts, hoodies and stickers are reflective to make you stand out at night.

Are the LED’s always on with the lights or can they only be triggered with the turn signals and hazards only?

What engine tune and exhaust do you have? They sound great!

I went with the 78" and tucked the excess in the rear fender liner. I wanted the coverage to be basically wheel to wheel.

I was going to initially going to have the running lights be on with the fog lights( that way i can decide if i want them on or not) but went the simpler route and wired it to when the headlights came on. you can completely leave the running light off by just not attaching it(or wire it to the fog's) and having only the turn signals. Those come on even during the day without having the headlights on.
The exhaust is only a rough country muffler delete. i found it to be the cheapest and best sounding IMO.

3 wires Black/Red/Yellow. I taped the wiring loom that goes directly to the headlight for each side. Black goes to the ground( or chassis ground doesn't matter) Red to low beam, and yellow to turn signal (all through the loom for each side of the headlights )
