I went on Sept 9th, I am pretty sure a license is required to ride in a Bronco regardless if they are driving. You may want to call ahead. We started at 8am arriving by 730am. It was a Blast! Anthony was our guide and he did an amazing job. Highly recommend!!
What time were you done? We're wondering if a 9pm show on the strip is doable. Thanks for the info!

Went on the 15th. A couple of attendees left before dinner to eat downtown with their spouses. The Bronco material is done at 5, the remainder was dinner, campfire, s'mores, etc. Whole experience was excellent, will likely drop some pics and vids after I get around to messing with them to get the size down.

I was back at the Hotel by 7pm, but I stuck around ate dinner and then purchased some goodies. Plenty of time to see a show! Have fun!

I am going on the 6th of October - Anyone have ideas if you can join the shuttle at the hotel that sponsors the event?

I've read on other posts, that there is not a shuttle from Red Rocks Hotel and Casino. Supposedly they called the hotel directly and that was their response. That is where i am staying so I ended up renting a car.

Thought about Uber/Lyft but heard the last mile or two to the Off-Roadeo is a dirt road and that it is not likely that Uber/Lyft would drop-off/pickup at the site. Also very limited cell reception. Again from what I've read.

I go on October 2, so unless someone else can confirm, i can let you know when I get back on the 3rd.

no shuttles from resorts or at least not when I went on the 10th. Cell reception isnt as bad as reported but guess that depends on carrier and I wouldnt rely on it for transportation. The site has coverage along with between the camp and Vegas, there is one dead section I hit about 5 miles from the turn off heading back to town. You might be able to get a uber/lift there as the coords they provide is a valid location, you could get a pre-schedule ride, but i wasnt going to risk being late or miss it.

I think it has been determined that there is no shuttle. We are going in early November and have been trying to figure out a reliable way to get there and back from the strip. Did a bit of research and was surprised that many of the hotel/casinos have rental car facilities on location. We ended up renting a mid size sedan from the Hertz located on the property we are staying at for $60 per day.

I'm from Vegas and familiar with the Off-Roadeo.
I can confirm, there is NOT a shuttle running from any hotel.
Wouldn't recommend an Uber/Lyft, have found regular issue of not being able to get one at a moments notice when requested and have even had pre-scheduled ones cancel on me when they were supposed to be picking me up. If you still decide to go this route, definitely schedule your pick up AND return in advance.
If you still don't want to rent a vehicle a good option is to schedule through one of the Limo companies in Vegas. Schedule a Town car through them which run about $45 per hour. Again schedule your pick up and return trip with them in advance. This will still run you about the same as a cheap rental, considering $45 + tip each way.
