Following up on the FL2087 and the stem o-ring. The earlier noted ~7mm ID x ~3.5mm CS / 14mm OD x 3.5 CS FKM o-ring appears to work fine at ~+400 miles.

Also, for reference, the initial break-in oil change at ~700 miles show some metal flakes in the OEM filter (not unexpected). The Blackstone report from this initial fill is as follows:

Firstly, my apologies if what I post here is common knowledge.

Given: MY23, Bronco Wildtrak (2.7L V6 EcoBoost).

Tomorrow (05-Sep-2023), I plan on having my Mechanic do an oil change with an FL-2087 filter. Pictured in the plastic bag labeled FT4Z-6840-C is a small O-ring. It will be installed with the two O-Rings provided with Filter FL-2087.

Advice is welcome. I would not be surprised if there are questions about what I'm doing.

Yup, one last try. At the left is the O-Ring set provided with filter FL-2062-A. The small O-Ring FT4Z-6840-C (red) will be used with the two O-Rings provided with filter FL-2087. Will put a micrometer to each of the small O-Rings to make sure the sizes are the same.

Please let us know if FT4Z-6840-C works.
