Not an opinion that's shared by many, but I prefer the look of more simple and 'streamlined' bumpers, if that makes sense. Wranglers tend to get these bulky or outright ridiculous tubular bumpers that look like botched braces, and full-size bullbars only really look good on vehicles like the Land Cruiser or similar. The Bronco's snub-nose design tends to work best with smaller bumpers, in my opinion.

For me I was looking for high clearance, material thickness and properly reinforced attachment points to the vehicle. As for looks...to each his own.

Not so much unique, but noticeable and few manufacturers are doing. But paying close attention to details like following the lines of the body (rear bumper challenge on bronco) or in this case the quarter panel and grill that slants and up and back, while bumper stay parallel is hard to not notice once you do. You all did well at least with (green arrow) corner bend to follow the line

Function should always drive form. Make sure everything functions the same as or better than stock. Sensors placement ACC antenna block, air flow. do not impede or even improve air flow to the intercooler. Improve approach angles/ departure angles. Maintain body protection at stock level or better. can you offer an option for mounting lights without diminishing any of the other functions. Can you offer an option for mounting a winch without interfering with air flow or front camera or diminishing approach angle? Can you integrate tow/recovery attachments?

Then aesthetics. Match body lines and curves. Personal opinion make it unobtrusive so that it does not call attention to itself drawing attention away from the rest of the vehicle. Make it look like the manufacturer (ford) designed it to be there.

And absolutely 100% stay away from making it look like an angry jeep! You might get one or two takers along those lines but the vast majority of Bronco Owners want to differentiate themselves from Jeeps.

Based on your current offerings... I do not think you can do it.

Could not agree more. If a company makes a silly product like the angry jeep thing, I will most likely not look at anything else they make. Just can't take them seriously

Clearance for 37ā€ tires at full lock and articulation. Ability to mount a winch without killing approach angle too much. Lines and angles along the top match the body lines. Tubular pre-runner hoop options. Mounting tabs for lights.
