wow, I've had "vehicle unblocked" which I don't know what it means. Thanks for sharing, it helps my sanity going forward. In other words...lowered expectation on Ford Sync and CarPlay. Thanks again!

Thank you all. It helps to know what issues are across the board vs. just one vehicle. I don't trust my Ford dealer at all, so the less I complain to them knowing it's something they can't fix is a bonus. Thank you so much!

Bronco trail app is dead guys. It’s no longer on the app store, so no your phone/vehicle will no be able sync it.

Bronco trail app is dead guys. It’s no longer on the app store, so no your phone/vehicle will no be able sync it.
It does work on my phone though

Don't get me wrong, it will work great on one phone, once it decides which phone is the main phone. Two authorized user phones in the same vehicle seems to cause a Max-headroom moment. Thanks!!

Holding the power button and FF together is your friend to fix CarPlay issues like no volume, won't connect, etc. It's very irritating for a modern car/truck.

Yeah, I deleted my wife’s phone because it just wasn’t syncing correctly and taken forever

CarPlay and Sync is not reliable, especially when doing multiple stop/start cycles throughout the day. My work-around is killing and restarting CarPlay on the iPhone 15 Pro settings menu. CarPlay is rock-solid in my Tesla.
Ah, never that. I’ll see if it’s quicker than the power fast-forward reset

It was working on car play consistently until yesterday when it disappeared. So I finally figured out it dropped while working through it today. I was never notified by Ford that it was defunct, but it would have saved a ton of time if they had declared it up front. Any recommendations for a good trail nav app, OnX, AllTrails, etc?
