I spoke to someone on the customer service phone, 1 (800) 334-4375 this afternoon. Ordered 1/27/21 WT 2D Tow, and still no build date. She claims that they are working on late January orders in the next two weeks. I also believe that a jolly guy in a red suit is going to squeeze down my chimney on the 25th.
