So I've owned a Jeep for 6 years now and have always wondered if one day a bird will hit me, or the interior, with a #1 or #2. Curious if others have any experience in this department. I've actually been hit by a bird itself...but that was not in the jeep and the car had a roof...bird flew right in through the driver's side window when I was doing 40 down the road. (Bird was in shock, but survived)

Good question...I think it's all the same...just sometimes comes across more as a 1 or 2.

Hit a bird with my face while doing 70mph on my motorcycle. Thank God I had a full face helmet. Felt like someone threw a baseball at my head! Bird didn't make it.

They do not. Everything comes out of their cloaca. And they don't even have a sphincter to control things so, regardless of how it feels when a bird craps on you, it wasn't on purpose.

It's only 730. I hope that's the strangest thing I say/write today

Not in my Jeep or Mustang GT concertible, but about a week after I got my 05 Harley I had my jacket half unzipped and a bird flew right inside and went nuts! I had to just grab it and throw it or wreck.

I don't have a top-off vehicle but I don't have AC so my windows are always down.

Just in the past month I've had bird poop come in the cab twice, a wasp get sucked in, and a mouse there one morning.

Luck like that makes me second guess the "open air experience". The open air is a scary thing. :ROFLMAO:

In roughly the same amount of time, I’ve had more things fly in my open window of my car than through the open top of my girlfriends open air Jeep. I think the real danger here is parking—under trees, power lines, or anything else birds like to chill out on.

Actually had a bird manage to drop a deuce into my old 320i through the sunroof. Never had any issues with my old Boxster or Z3, which were the only open top vehicles I've owned.

I've taken a cicada to the face at 80 (dune buggy). That felt like somebody smacked me with a ball peen hammer.

Also took a bee in the eye on a motorcycle, and it stung me right in the tear duct. That was pleasant.

Air pushes everything over the top of you're moving

You can drive a convertible in the rain and stay dry if you keep it above 25-30 mph (at least in my convertible that's how it worked)

You are more likely to come back to a dirty car from parking under a tree that from a bit while moving

Same. Riding along Acura TL with an open sunroof. Landed right on top of the console lid.

I had a 1984 z28 during college almost a decade ago. Driving to visit GF on the highway with the T-tops off, windows down, going around 70-75, a bird slapped into the rear seat. Don't know if he came through the roof or windows but the noise scared the shite out of me, by the time I slowed down and turned around to see it, he was making his way out of the car. Not sure how he faired after that.
