Wow that is nice man, what lift and offset onnthe wheels do you have?
I think it's either 0 or +1 offset.

We're using 3" Spacers from FordBroncoLifts.com and RPG Off-Road UCA.

KO2 37's on wheels that weigh 19.5lbs each, so my set-up is lighter than the OEM wheels and tires. No loss in mileage or acceleration, plus negates need for tailgate reinforcement.

They are super light, super quiet, super durable, super comfortable, and IMO, still the best all-around AT available in Load C. Best part is, I get them for $300 each locally.

They definitely enhance the plushness of the HOSS 3.0 suspension.

Love this Build

I am also thinking about the same lift and tire choice that you have; however, I want a bit more poke. I see you went with readylift recommendation of +18mm offset, have you considered 0 mm offset and have you thought about 13.50 width tires? I appreciate your setup in terms of functional engineering purpose with a light good looking 37 and +18mm offset. I was thinking about either doin +6mm offset with 13.50 (not sure if 13.50 tire would need more than 0mm offset but not sure) or 0mm offset with 12.50 tire width to get the wide look In that manner. For some reason the 12.50 tire seems a bit too skinny to me on a 37 inch tire but then again some 13.50 are too wide as they tend to be 14.2 width since they don’t represent true tire size. Maybe your setup is perfect, any comment would be greatly appreciated and If you have a picture that shows the side poke of your build that would be icing on the cake. Very curious how +18 offset with 37x12.50 tire looks from that angle.

I think I'm going to go with the Non Sas fender flares.

Never thought of that, nonsasquatch Fender Flairs, Hammer that's actually a great idea. Will they fit on the sasquatch Bronco without any weird issues? I am assuming they are the same attachment points.
