Seems hard to believe Ford wouldn't offer a steel rear bumpers as a option, they would miss the oportunity to make extra money off a Bronco buyer that wanted one.

I love the Wildtrak but not digging the cloth seats or carpet.

I'm right there with you on the carpet, but I'll deal with it by adding mud mats. In AZ, cloth seats are a leg saver. I have great cloth seats in my NBX off-road Explorer and never regretted having them. 17 years old and still holding up in this heat/UV - easy to clean and quick drying. I'm hoping Ford uses the same material.

After seeing some of those survey prices, I'm starting to lean Wildtrak over my reserved Badlands. My loaded Wildtrak came in about $1800 less than a similar Badlands and that included the modular front bumper add-on. Vinyl seats vs carpet, rock rails vs no rock rails, sway bar disconnect vs no dis-connect. But then the Wildtrak also includes Trail Control, Trail Turn Assist and Trail One Pedal so the difference becomes even more, probably what $2500 or more for the Badlands over the Wildtrak. My area has lots of open, high speed stuff in the summer (but slick and sometimes deep mud) and then lots of snow in the winter. I don't find severe rock crawling fun, so I won't be doing that. So with all that said, I might be switching to the Wildtrak. We'll see once all the prices come out.

If you click on the details for “available modular bumper” it states that steel rear bumper comes with.

The 4 door comes with the painted modular hard top, correct? I know the other 4 doors come with soft tops but I thought that was one of the selling points of the Wildtrak

Being 100% honest, I don't love the visibly wider fender flares on the WT.

I loved the idea of taking the flares off, and replacing with an aftermarket option that snugged up close to the body - but the tires will stick way too far out to do that . . .

This is the Bronco sport badlands unique cloth. If it is even remotely similar in style, I'd be very happy. Between this and the leaked brown interior, I think the cloth will be nicer than what we're used to
