I currently have a 22 base but I am looking at a 23 wildtrak. I am thinking about buying the wildtrak outright because I want to swap some things before I sell my base retail. The biggest thing i want to swap it the hardtop from the 22 to the 23. I know this is likely a dumb question, but there were not any funky changes that would prevent the top from fitting the 23 from a 22 model, is there? I just want to be sure before I push the go button.

Only if it was still a junk hardtop in ‘22. Otherwise, bolt it on.

Make sure you read the threads on swapping the tops. It’s easy but it takes some time to move everything for the soft top.

And if there are any identifiable markings like SN or different part numbers you will loose the warranty most likely.
