I have ordered a wildtrak with the leather trimmed seat package, though I was disappointed there was not a lighter interior offered. Now, I am considering going down to cloth and doing an aftermarket seat reupholstery from Katzkin. Anyone else considering this, or do it? Is the cloth option the same as leather in all other respects besides material?

No the cloth has camo inserts in the center of the seat with a Bronco logo, and tan on the outer edges. Looks like Wal-Mart seat covers.

Doing the same with my future 2 door BaseSquatch. I think Katzkin is a great option, plus you get to customize it and get what you want, choices!

There’s a Wildtrak at one of my local dealers and while I was angry with the color option on the leather…seeing it in person, it’s actually not bad.

Power is only available with leather. Not too sure about heated though.

As an owner, can you confirm that the back seats still have an armrest and cupholders? Build&price is a little confusing on this aspect.
And I now see that cloth is indeed manual.

The last few days, there’s an SAS-OB parked in lot at work with leather trimmed seats. Beautiful interior as far as seats are concerned. I selected WT and seeing those OB seats has me thinking again. Been so long ago that I can’t remember what WT had that made me chose it over an SAS-OB.

You need leather for the power and the rear armrest.

This is the reason I got leather.

Yeah, all these packages sure have their downfalls. Going Katzkin myself. The seat really is a set it and forget it thing for me and the one I test drove hit the spot I needed without power... I am not happy that their isn't rear cupholders for a 50,000 dollar vehicle. :-/
