The 2 door OEM roof rack is out of stock on the ford website but they have the 4 door rack. Will this fit the 2 door? Its the exact same price and looks like its the same size.

Yes. They have different part numbers for 2/4 door but they are the same and interchangeable

I have seen a few posts saying the bolt holes dont line up for the 2 door. Is that accurate or have they fixed that?
I have a 2022 4Dr Basesquatch. Ordered it with the factory roof rack which I subsequently dropped and broke. I purchased a two door RR from a 6G member to use the parts to fix my original RR before realizing the RRs were exactly the same size. Been driving around with the 2dr RR on my 4Dr Bronco for a few weeks now. Hope this helps
