Ok so I’m thinking, after 3 year warranty drops off, removing the 2.3 for the 2.7.
Thoughts?
It’s been stated that the 2.7 is pushing the boundaries on that MT. But it has also been stated that this MT is capable of more. What does this MT need to be ready to handle the 2.7? Thoughts?

Some discussion on this already. Sounds like from an insider, they will not simply mate up. It would require some work to join the two.

Short answer..... No.

Longer answer.... 2.3L & 2.7L have different Bell Housing Configurations, so no. IF the MT would have been designed with a Bolt On Bell Housing instead of it being cast in as part of the transmission's body. Then just a change of bell housings would have been all that would have been needed to mate the MT to the 2.7L. But you'd still need to open up the MT to swap out some of the internals so that it would be able to better survive mated to the more powerful 2.7L.
