With all the miscommunications (or rather, lack thereof), scheduling delays, weird build constraints, etc...
Once you have your Bronco will all this just fade away to soon be forgotten?

I sure hope so...Based on what I see posted here....I'm afraid there will be some PTSD.

I'll probably go into anxiety withdrawals....may need to find a new forum for another vehicle that's 5 years out, and just suffer along with them

I may be ordering a different Ford vehicle and sit on my Bronco order to see what happens. I can't wait forever for them to get enough hard tops to build vehicles.

I for one would never run around and desert you.

But then again, I also don't think ford owes me Jack and/or Squat in terms of individual status updates, staffing updates, commodity shipping info or anything else. I'm a customer. I'm buying a vehicle from them which is my personal choice, that's it, that's where the relationship is.

They are not my best friend, i'm one of millions of human beings on Earth buying a product from them. They don't owe me anything except a product when they are ready/willing to make it to take my money. It's a transaction.

After my experience the past 48 hours, the wait has been worth every second. It sucks but good things come with time my friends.

I wonā€™t care once I have my Bronco. Def some PTSD on the forum, and lots of people are going to jump ship.

I mean its a hot vehicle, the first production in 25 years, everyone wants it and they are producing it during the worst pandemic in a 100 years. That gets them a lot of leeway from me.

and to be perfectly honest, while I am stoked to get my bronco, i don't need it. there's no sense of urgency. Could I wait 2 years? sure, but i am going to tweak my order. No grudges here and they gave me $200 for just waiting. its a win win.

It's just a car. If you hold a grudge against a company for being shitty you need to seek help. Pretty much all companies have done something to piss customers off.
Haha, I bet if you called my company weā€™d piss you off. šŸ˜†šŸ˜‚

If somebody was giving me $50,000 for a product, you better believe I would be giving them every update that I can and calling them at night and on the weekends to double check if there was anything else I could do for them. Luckily, my dealership has my opinion about customer service and has treated me well and communicates with me frequently. I sometimes apologize to them about always wanting more information and they said, ā€œDonā€™t be sorry, youā€™re buying a $50,000 vehicle. You have every right to ask for updates.ā€ :)
