On other vehicles it is installed at the Dealer. I asked my Dealer and they said it comes in a pkg. and they install it. It is in my sales agreement to not install it.

That's what my dealer is saying. Others are saying different. I had my dealer remove it from my order just to be safe. I hope it's not too late though, because I already have a VIN.

When I knew my bronco had shipped out I told my dealer not to install the front license plate and they did not. I did not want any kind of holes. I just put it on myself. Still holding on strong
Back when I used to sell Fords, the front plate bracket was a PDI installation item. The only time I was ever instructed to tell customers that it was factory installed is when I had a customer from a neighboring no-front-plate-state order an MKS, and the mechanic installed the front plate bracket anyway after being specifically told not to 3 times.

No, the huge sheet metal screws they use to mount plate bracket will seriously damage your front panel paint, and when installed with a speed tool it will deform (pull up) the plastic around the hole making it very hard to repair…
