That feature isn’t available as an update anymore. Ford removed it.
Which may be why your 24 doesn’t have it, I’m not sure
Yup, this is what my service advisor told me.

Apparently Ford was having issues with it. :(

This makes no sense, someone with a 2023 build date doesn't have it, someone with 4/24 build date doesn't have it, and I have a 1/24 date and I have it.

And why would Ford remove this feature?

I asked about settings, because I suspect it's the unlock all doors setting.
I just ran a quick test on my 2024 Badlands with a blend date of 01/11/2024 and it has the window drop feature when I unlock using the keyfob and also when I place my hand inside the door handle to open the door. It has worked this way since I took delivery of my Badlands on 02/01/2024.

My settings are to unlock the driver's door.
Hence, when I click the unlock on the fob, my driver's door unlocks and the window cracks. If I double click it, the passenger door also unlocks and cracks the window.
This is exactly how my '24 works. If i double click to unlock all 4 doors, all windows drop.
Maybe people just need to set their remote unlock for driver only and see if theres any difference?

I have my 22 Bronco in the shop today and I asked them to install this update -- and they said it only gives them an error so they didn't proceed. Really want this feature.

I had the window drop feature done on my 22 the last time I was in for service. Advisors didn't know what I was talking about. The tech working on my Bronco doing update on camera recall just ran the two window module update at the same time. No charge. I like the drop when hitting remote. It has a slight delay before dropping, also it stays dropped for about 10 to 15 seconds if the doors are not used.
