Yup, this is what my service advisor told me.That feature isn’t available as an update anymore. Ford removed it.
Which may be why your 24 doesn’t have it, I’m not sure
Apparently Ford was having issues with it.

I just ran a quick test on my 2024 Badlands with a blend date of 01/11/2024 and it has the window drop feature when I unlock using the keyfob and also when I place my hand inside the door handle to open the door. It has worked this way since I took delivery of my Badlands on 02/01/2024.This makes no sense, someone with a 2023 build date doesn't have it, someone with 4/24 build date doesn't have it, and I have a 1/24 date and I have it.
And why would Ford remove this feature?
I asked about settings, because I suspect it's the unlock all doors setting.
This is exactly how my '24 works. If i double click to unlock all 4 doors, all windows drop.My settings are to unlock the driver's door.
Hence, when I click the unlock on the fob, my driver's door unlocks and the window cracks. If I double click it, the passenger door also unlocks and cracks the window.
