They aren’t supposed to. That’s never been a feature.
This feature did work from the lock/unlock button on the doors before this update and now has stopped using that button.

That’s not what I was talking about.
But you are correct, it did use to work from the interior switch. Now it will not work from anything if it got the update as it’s been removed.

Is this just a 4 door thing or a higher trim thing, my 2023 base 2 door has never dropped the windows on unlock with the remote. I have to pull the door handle and by then it's already too late to be helpful.

It was only on 23’s built after a certain day. I don’t remember exactly without looking it up, but I think it was July 17th

My ‘23 BD had that remote feature-press unlock and my window nudged down. My current’24 Heritage built 9/3 does not. Instead, when I put my hand on the door handle and wait a second it nudges down. I liked it better with the remote but this works too if I don’t grab the handle and immediately pull out to open the door.

So I’ll have fdrs this weekend. Should I do the updates to get the latest ddm/pdm software?

mine is current dropping the windows when hitting unlock on the fob. I see here I will lose that feature but curious if the performance has improved when just opening the door normally with the latest update

It’s a matter of preference. I liked the keyfob nudge down but I’ve gotten used to the hand on handle, pause and let window nudge before pulling the handle to open the door. No big deal.

My 23 Heritage 2 door originally had the unlock drop, but of course that went away.
No nudge down when holding the handle either.
I need to look and see if it was added in the settings.
