Having turbos literally makes zero difference in how quick something warms up lol
The coolant and oil in a turbocharged vehicle have the dual purpose of cooling the engine and turbocharger cartridge so the fluid temperatures should theoretically rise faster than a NA engine but then again coolant and oil capacity may be higher in a turbo engine or additional oil coolers added which makes this negligible or even slower to warm up. My X3M Competition with the S58 engine had a large oil cooler and it took forever for oil temperatures to rise in the winter.

I have had this issue with my Challenger. What I found helps is to lower the window enough to open the door, but not so much that it’s open to the outside (like just touching the weatherstrip). This allows you to open the door and get in. Once it’s warmed enough, the window can be closed. In foul weather, the window will freeze in position (sometimes to door also) but if you can get in, you can start up and drive. More of a pain if not garaged, but a working solution.

I keep my snow brush in the cargo area. Auto start about 10 minutes before I go out , scrape the windows before I even touch the door . No issues.

What’s worse is the LED headlights don’t produce heat and they freeze up and get covered with ice. I haven’t found a good solution to this yet.
