Only snows once every few years here. The Goodyears did fine.

Hi all, is there much difference between these 2 winter tires? I ask due to pricing and shipping/delivery time.
1. Yokohama Ice Guard GO75
2. Nokia Tyres Hakkapeliitta LT3

Also, I get snow/Ice for 4 months or so....however the roads are well kept. Studded tires aren't necessary... right?
Thanks
Every time I try to save some money and get a snow tire other than Hakkapeliittas, I end up kicking myself. I'm sure there's something near as good out there, but I've yet to find it.

I live in northern Canada, in the mountains. So winters are rough.
Ive run General ATX, K02s and Toyo AT3 from brand new to 20 000kms. I would buy them just before winter cause I wanted true 35s and
They were ok even in the worst conditions brand new but towards spring time they were bad and the braking distance on ice is never goos so you have to decelerate ahead of time and use the throttle in the corners.
This year Ill use Nokian Lt3 315 70 17 and get 37 inch mud terrains next summer
I would say if you have proper winter tires , you definitely do not need studs nowadays on a Bronco, I dont use them and travel on the worst logging roads
