But that's not a new thing. It's been by design since they were planned.Heritage builds are gonna be rare birds.....
Not in production and no window stickerWell do you currently show as "in production"? I think that's the most ctitical thing. The consensus here is this means Ford has all of the parts either in stock, identified or in bound for your build. It wouldn't make sense to cancel it now. Some have already had their orders cancelled, but I think most of those were only scheduled, not in production.
Also, do you have a window sticker, what is your blend date from the WS?
Do you have any modules reporting?
I don't think the last two are critical to get built before '23 production stops but they give hints at where yours is in the process.
Unfortunately. I’ve own a limited production vehicle before. Wait 20 years and try and get parts. I knew the “Limited’s” would be limited, but not the standard 2 door HE.Heritage builds are gonna be rare birds.....
But you know that other than the cosmetic (seats, IP surround, wheels, fenders/flares, mod. HT, and graphics), it still retains all the mechanical parts as other trims. So sourcing parts to keep them running won't be a limiting factor.Unfortunately. I’ve own a limited production vehicle before. Wait 20 years and try and get parts. Yep I thought the standard heritage would be a big seller due to its price point. Hell I almost ordered one to replace my wildtrak but thought better of it.Unfortunately. I ordered 24' on 8/18 and have heard NOTHING since!
Probably because they're not scheduling '24's yet ... this information is still for the remaining '23s.I ordered 24' on 8/18 and have heard NOTHING since!

Production isn’t starting until January, and that’s obviously subject to change depending on how 2023 production goes. Everything is still ramping back up after the UAW strike so there are a lot of unknowns to be figured out.thanks. makes sense. I just want the VIN email LOL
Yes, my Lightning did have a few more custom parts that weren’t just cosmetic so you have a valid point there. But at the end, getting wheels, center caps, and decals became a hunt for NOS or LMR for reproductions as well as the “real” parts. But you know that other than the cosmetic (seats, IP surround, wheels, fenders/flares, mod. Of course, even finding OEM wheels in 20 years can be pricey. I had a hard time tracking down OEM wheels for a 20 year old vehicle that had a unique dimple on the spoke that set it apart from other trims. Had to find spare tires from salvage yards around the country. Paid way more than just going with new aftermarket wheels.
Congrats to all who were able to get a 2-dr Standard Heritage. Those that were able to get a 2-dr Limited Heritage found a true rarity - .
