Anyone else hate the silver beauty rings?

Ordered a basesquatch but almost backed out because of the rims and silver rings. The all black on the wild track looks 10x better in my opinion. No real post just an angry rant! Hopefully they can be easily painted.

Agree although I would expect the accessories page to offer black beauty rings soon. A few other posts show someone took the silver rings off and painted them which looked to turn out nice.

what I didn’t realize is how it would completely transform the look of my truck!
I couldn’t be happier with the result!

local powder coating shop. $20/ring

Found them on eBay.

For reference from a reputable powder coating company for the (5) rings I was quoted $200.

Totally black wheels do nothing to enhance a vehicle appearance IMO. No contrasting colors or highlights that disappear and meld with the tires at anything other than close proximity. If you can’t stomach the silver try a different color like the vehicle’s paint or a contrast. You can do much better than black.

Dropping my silver rings off at my local powder coating shop in the morning. Getting them done in gloss black.

$100 for all 5.

At first I went to a body shop and was quoted $400! Make sure to find a powder coating or industrial coating shop. They are WAY more reasonable.
