Yes, hardtop, tow package, and PPF.... that combo could be the issue, maybe?

My understanding is that things like ppf and tow package don’t happen on the production line—the vehicle gets driven over to another shop on-site that does that sort of aftermarkety stuff. Might add a couple days to your delivery.

So i am using this post to complain the Ford Tracker has been down all day for me... it just does that thing where it refreshes the page and blanks out the Order #/VIN fields.

Is this happening to anyone else?

I see on the backdoor link, my delivery got pushed back from 1/31 to 2/3.

Thank you. Not quite sure how to use the system I tried to call but seems I’m not undertanding what number etc. to say when. I’ve tried these in a range or orders. I’ll message my rep. Today. So exciting.

Use the CSX number and follow the instructions in the tracker post. My car is currently in Ohio.

TTGX is the car initials. The number starting with 9 is the actual car number.

Is the automated voice recognition about as bad for you as the Ford website? I speak as absolutely clearly as I can and the CSX robot comes up with random letters.... its VERY frustrating!

BTW, our Broncos must be on the same train.... arrived in Ohio like 7:30 last night.

It would go into production late '22, your mods would pop March of '23 with an EDD of Apr 21, 2024.

Ford's new revenue stream is going to be advertising on the tracking sites. Think of all the clicks they'd get.

Anyone have any luck with rail tracking? I followed the instructions but have come up empty. The rail code I got from the dealer is TTGX693848.

Im sure its user error.
