I know it sucks having to wait longer for it to pass QC, but in the grand scheme, it’s a good thing. There are different levels of what all they check in QC, but if yours is there for three weeks or more, it basically means that they took the whole truck apart and inspected everything. Then when they reassemble, it’s all basically put back together by hand to all the exact factory specs. Usually a much better build than what rolls off the assembly line.

Well, this could be what is happening, then. I wrote an e-mail to several Ford Executives about repetitive Quality and Manf concerns that were popping up.

Subsequently, there were a few phone calls between us, one of which i was told my, "Bronco would be perfect".

"As should everyones", I replied.

Am I the only one still showing in production? Backdoor link, Pizza tracker (when it works), vehicle status code all show in production. I do have an estimated delivery date, but as we've seen before that doesn't mean anything.

Well that's weird. My ETA on the backdoor tracker is 1/25-1/31. ETA on the pizza tracker is 1/31.

5am Friday. No updates here. Still showing estimated delivery of 01/29. It's encouraging seeing some Broncos delivered.

Backdoor tracker updated to built during the night. Pizza tracker still shows in production. Maybe some progress for those of us stuck in production purgatory?

Congrats! mine is still in purgatory unfortunately, but that just means i'll have to go down to Greenville and steal yours

There's at least a couple OBX and 1 WT from 1/3 that are stuck in prod. No idea what the pattern or real reason is.

Yup...mine is a WT. Stuck In Production. 1/4 build.

I've been fortunate to have mine since 1/4, but when you all finally start getting them in take a good look around at the build craftsmanship. I got the Leather Seats and the back seats where very poorly constructed. Leather not pulled tight at all. Corner padding off. Dealer has already placed the claim to replace them on warranty. Hopefully I am a one off, as that happens with every product in every industry. But I worry that Ford has gone hyperdrive trying to finally get these things out the door and paid for.

Be sure to use the Owners Checklist for Delivery (OCD) when you accept your Bronco!! You can give it to your Dealer first, too.

My wife is passed the angry phase. When ever I talk about the Bronco or she sees me looking stuff on line, she just keeps going on with what ever she was doing

My wife made me promise to not talk about the Bronco for a whole day, yesterday. Gosh, was it hard!!

They totally are. My tracker changed from 1/15 to 1/20 yesterday after Bronco was already on dealer lot. By time I got home last night after picking it up, the update went to both shipped and delivered.
