The chip shortage was going to rear it's head eventually. The US was heavily involved in computer chip tech back in the 70's thru the early 90's. Anyone hear of "silicon valley"? Unfortunately CEO's relinquished control of manufacture to the cheaper Asian market. Now we rely on this market to keep us afloat. It's not going to get really ugly until teens and 20 somethings can't get new cell phones and video games. I believe Ford is not the only US manufacturer that is affected this disruption.

Got a little Intel from an insider that initially they were actually held up some by the body shop being behind on A pillars but now the big issue is no TCU's.

Wondering if any of you guys who have gotten bumped to later weeks had already been in production on the tracker? My build was somehow moved forward by a few days (from the Feb 7th, to the 2nd, and then said it was in production on Jan 31). Trying to figure out if mine is actually going to be completed or if it's going to sit somewhere.

Man, I've tried to keep my head level, but now I just want to cry. Really want to go camping this Spring in my Bronco, but...... If I can salvage the year by having it to go wheel in the Summer, I'll be ok.

Can't lie that I'm getting nervous. Not a day one res, more like a day 7, but still......

It sure feels that way. I have no confidence I will see mine in 2022. I am concerned with loss of my color choice as I have purchased accessories to match it. 569 days and counting..........

This is probably a big contributing factor for why their stock dropped from a high in the mid 20s to 17.
