When I do it, it only gives a load #. Then says order tracking cancelled. I have no clue what’s happening! My dealership says it’s not moved on their end, but on mine it says shipped,

Currently my shipping is showing that it was cancelled from San Antonio. I am located south Texas/RGV. Is the cancelled notification something to worry about. Have you received your bronco already??. This is what I have.

By any chance. Have you received your bronco yet?? I am from south Texas and my tracker shows that it was cancelled from San Antonio to RGV. I want to know if this is something to be worried about or am I close to the finish line!?

Yeah, I got mine back on Jan 26th or so...

FYI my car says built on 2/10 (1/24 build week) and shipped... but status changed from inactive to canceled -- like the rest of you worrying if that's super bad!

United road is currently chronically understaffed and has a lot more vehicles to deliver than truck drivers. I work at a Ford dealer and we have had cars sitting at the yard for over 2 weeks waiting to be sent to us (about 15 minutes away). For little while, we would take a transit full of employees down there and drive back the new inventory, but they will no longer allow dealers to pick up our own inventory or hire another company to pick them up for us, at least in the Portland area. Lots of waiting...

My Bronco sat at the yard for 15 days before it made it to the dealership.

Thank you! My date was showing 2/26 but has now moved out to 3/1. So fingers crossed it does not move again.

It arrived at the rail at 7:30 in the morning last Friday. So it’s been there 8 days so far. That might just be the normal wait time to get transported the last 10 miles to the dealer. Seems crazy, but crazy seems to be the new normal with a lot of things.

Not sure what 'On Hold' means - a new one on me. Better than 'Inactive' or 'Cancelled', but not as good as 'Pending Pickup' I would guess.

Thanks! Over two weeks now sitting in a rail yard 8.1 miles from the dealership. I called the trucking company and ford. No one knows what that “on hold” means. My dealer said it was common lately. Some for weeks and some for months.

Guy at the trucking company speculated that it was maybe something like a flat tire or dead battery keeping it from being able to be loaded on the transport. He said if it was transport damage then it would be sent to the dealer to fix. In my mind anything wrong probably needs the dealer to fix.

Seems unlikely that people would let so much money sit for so long over something trivial.

Idk? Anyone know what it means or maybe have a guess? Am I the only one left in a rail yard?

If it was that close, I'd trek out to have a look. My Railyard is on the other side of NYC in New Jersey - I doubt I'd even find it if I tried. Unfortunately, mine is stuck on 'Ice Mountain' now for almost 90 days! Sounds like yours is pretty close to being delivered to you. Hope you get good news soon. Best of Luck!

Here's what I get:

"On Hold" is probably like "Inactive"; not as good as "Pickup Pending", but better than "Cancelled". Sounds like it's at the Rail Yard, but not ready to pickup yet. I'd check with the folks at Jim Skinner to see how they get stuff from the Rail Yard and watch for your Bronco soon.

Oops - wrong Load Number. Here you go.

That's better, huh? It's waiting to be picked up. I'd call the Dealer about as often as I've been checking the Shop.Ford.Com tracker so that you know when it arrives.
