I dig the way the BD looks. It’s simple, doesn’t need all the “flash” and “finesse”. It’s built to be utilitarian. Function over flash. That’s my gig all day and twice on Sunday. BD is built for the blue collar guys that are actually going to use them appropriately. It’s the Marlboro & Bud Light of Broncos ?

Agreed. Not hating on anyone's choice, but I always thought the next trim up, OBX, was the 'mall crawler' trim.

Badlands is sweet, but I don't need all that. So BD here I am. Gets me what I need/want and still looks badass.

Awesome! I’m still sitting here building out BD and BL and even BB builds just to see if I missed something. One thing interesting I never noticed is that you can get the BB with signature headlights.... wish BD had that option.

I did ask them about the rock rail optional pricing on the bd, and also about swapping out the tires to the 285s. He said he'll get back to me

There is some uncertainty with the Black Diamond because despite them being mentioned as standard (and I'm quite sure they are), they are still listed as an optional addition in the Build and Price.

I think I might have seen something about the B&P not being 100% accurate...
I wouldn't worry about the rails. Ford has been consistent with saying they are included and it is on the order guide as standard.

The B&P is not accurate and does not matter. The rock rails have always been standard, and the order guide lists them as standard on the BD, not as an option.

They’re standard on the BL as well and b&p still charges $595 for them. They have been listed in everything as standard. Breathe. Just breathe.
