I noticed that these have vin numbers, so that is interesting. Wonder if they are legit.

If Ford found out about these, would they fulfill them? I’m a day 1 res holder. I tried reserving a first edition the second reservations opened but the site kept crashing. By the time I was able to get my reservation to go through, all of the first editions were reserved. That said, it’s a little upsetting to see a dealer with so many.
1FMDE5CP6MLA62656 This is the VIN to my FCTP unit which will probably show up on our inventory page unless my IT guy already has it blocked. Anything in production with a VIN will show on my inventory even if not on the lot. If we don't want it public we can take it off of dealer locator like others do.

We did not have any say on the FCTP units we were getting. That said, some dealers swing bigger sticks than others and might know "a guy" who can get something specific built for them. As far as FE for FCTP units, I guess it's possible. They want the FCTPs out early so we have something to show customers since stock units are going to be unobtanium for at least a year. We were lucky enough to win a "retail" allocation from the virtual dealer meeting last September. It'ss a true retail that we built as a FE and will use as a demo, like the FCTP. Under no circumstance will it be sold before stock units start hitting the lot out of respect for those that placed orders with us and have to wait.

Two shifts per day, and I believe they are planning Saturdays on a two on / one off rotation once they reach full production speed.
So just some rough napkin math... not accommodating the Saturday shifts to show conservative numbers.
58/hr * (2*8hr shifts) = 928/day
928 * 20 prod days = 18,560 Bronco's a month
Let's call it 19000 with Saturdays
19,000 May
38,000 June
57,000 July
76,000 August
95,000 September
114,000 October
133,000 November
152,000 December

Smells about right +/- 10%

Lol, no sorry. 2021 production will be less than half of that.

I would expect production numbers to begin smaller 2-3000 per month and gradually trend up toward end of year giving the 70-80,000 total for year.

Units Month Total
2500 May 2500
3500 June 6000
4500 July 10500
6000 Aug 16500
8000 Sept 24500
10000 Oct 34500
12000 Nov 46500
14000 Dec 60000

More or less

They're scheduling assuming a rate below full speed, as launch speed is a significant departure from true full capacity.

I expect 2021 production to he a hard number. If they reach it ahead of schedule they'll likely begin MY22 a bit early.

There are people on the forum that do not work for Ford but are shipping Ford a specific product. Lets say one of them is making the steering wheel. Ford is going to put in orders for the steering wheel way in advance. When the steering wheel people get the orders from Ford they basiclly know how many Broncos are going to be built on a monthly basis because they have to get them said steering wheel. When one of those guys gives guidance on how many Broncos are going to be made it a good indication of things to come. The guys at the MAP plant and other factories are helpful as well. Kinda paints us a more complete picture.

~35,000 MY21 rigs....that might not even cover first night reservations?
If that Nov change over timeline holds I hope my production guesses are WAY off! 🤔
