I have a question maybe related to part numbers more than the manual. Can anyone verify if all Sasquatch packages will have the same front spring rate? My base 2 door 2.3 Sas will likely be 2-300 pounds less than a 4 door 2.7 Sas. Will my 2 door sit higher than a 4 door or do they put stiffer / taller springs on the 4 door 2.7? I know Jeep has a bunch of part numbers for front coils and you can grab 4 door Rubi front coils to level a 2 door. Just curious. I haven't seen a 2 door Sas in person to see if it has much rake. Thanks!

There are 11 front spring part numbers.

The workshop manual isn’t a PDF it’s a web based system, and you can’t just simply scroll through it.

The digital version of the owners manual still isn’t up in that system either.
Ok well then "going live" means?

I just noticed this: if you zoom in on the right side of the intercooler mount, you’ll see the hole on the bracket is round. Zoom in on the left and you’ll see it’s oval shaped. This provides the intercooler with a bit of left-right slack in case either recovery bracket flexes under torque. Hopefully it leaves enough play to keep it from being a problem!

So the frame has a recovery point right at its end. The yellow shackle attachment point.
So the loop hoop thing might just be a tie down point for when the Bronco is being transported to the dealership.
This all would be so much easier of we had our broncos and we could just go and look at them.

The bottom frame loops are for models with the Standard plastic front bumper. The Yellow frame end style shackle mounts are for the modular and capable style bumpers.

I don't think i have seen a picture of the delayed Capable Modular front bumper removable end caps actually removed. Has anyone else?

Do we know that they are even capable of being removed? (Or another rockstar typo?) Every photo I look at says no, unless after you take off the outter plastic cladding there are bolts to take off the end caps, but I cannot find a split line in the photos.

is it just MY eyes, or is the 2-door in bad need of a level-kit???
Shame on you, Jim. KC (Legend) would be having a fit that you didn't pay attention to him. This was one of his "trigger" topics that he tried to dispel. Unfortunately, his posts are "hidden" so the knowledge is lost to the community. It was back in late January/early February that he tried to dispel the perception of rake. At the time, he attributed it to the tow package. Apparently, there was an undisclosed bump in the rear suspension to accommodate the anticipated tow weight.
