So they drop shipping it using Fords carriers? Why do they mention (+ shipping) in the deL. shipping over what Ford already charges you? Not challenging you, genuinely interested.

Shipping using 3rd party carriers.

The Destination charge is fixed by Ford and we get no cut of it...Ford takes the average to all states including Alaska & Hawaii which makes the 48 contiguous so much higher...

I am reserved at a dealer in Michigan.

If I switched to your dealership - wouldn't I lose a theoretical place in line? As in my truck would come significantly later?

Here's a thought that could DEFINITELY benefit members of this forum and POTENTIALLY benefit dealers across the US.

Sure would be nice if MORE Dealers out there would come to this forum and pitch their best deal. Obviously be nice if there was a way to get a guarantee as well.

Always here these commercials from dealers who say "We will NOT lose a customer because of price" from dealers out here... well, what better place than here to win our business?

I have zero intent of just dropping $45k cash on a vehicle when my money can make around 6-9% average if its in the market.

But what is the anticipated APR % ? If the truck sells like crack there is no reason to offer low rates...

Call your local credit union, get preapproved, see if the dealer can beat it. Lending programs won't be out for a long time. Not until the Bronco is actually on sale.

The last place Id be looking for prime rates is Ford with a Brand new- in demand product thats for sure.

Says that you subtract 4% from invoice. That sounds better than the Granger deal of $1000 off of invoice. What am I missing?

Edit: it says 0.4%, so the Granger deal is better

I am actually thankful- if these numbers are accurate. I am all for saving a couple of thousand, but it makes the incentive to travel across the country less necessary if "most" deals are going to be around "invoice" to MSRP. If you found a dealer willing to sell a FE at invoice, it's only $2k... add in shipping or a plane ticket/gas and it isn't much. $1k below invoice makes it $3k.... nothing to sneeze at, but that is 2-3 days of driving, a couple of motel rooms or $1k in shipping for me being in Seattle

To me, it's just an excuse for a weekend roadtrip. The money saved is icing on the cake.

It's 0.4% which equates to about $160 off of a $40,000 vehicle.
