New Soft Top Option For Bronco 2-Door Showing in B&P?

It looks like Ford added a few new items in the tops section of the B&P. There’s now a canvas top? Is this better than a cloth top?

The top that TFL put on their Bronco still shows under accessories for $2,229

It’s a $1650 option but still includes the hardtop. Tempting…

but since you can’t remove the hard top I imagine it won’t speed up the order of a 2 door

I don't think so. That top can be selected further down under Accessories. "Top, Retractable, Twill, Soft, Full Roof, 4-Door by Bestop" for $2,229. It has pictures showing what you get. The option under Roof section is $2k and no pics. I guess it could be the same?!

Assuming that means keeping hardtop but adding also the soft top for $1650? Otherwise if swapping from hard to soft top, should be a price reduction.

I'm pretty sure it's a misprint. I think they mean normal soft top including the mesh bimini top.

That has been listed as a 2 door accessory for a while now. Unless something changed today, you can't actually order it to be delivered with that top.

I would prefer to order this instead of the hardtop.

Don't you find this rather odd that suddenly there are multiple options for "soft" tops and possibly a 2 door version and no announcement alerting us to the option? Also, if this canvas top is really an option for the 2 door then why not offer as substitute for the MIC top. Doesn't make sense.
