68-76. 66 and 67 had their own door lock position different from each other and not like the 68-77 in the pics. It's not a 77 either, you'd be able to see the front fuel tank door. Can't really see the important parts to see exactly what year it is really. From what I can see there unless the frame is Swiss cheese it's definitely worth 6k.

Its a money pit anyway. The question is do you have 15k extra for restoration, or do you want a old bronco you can beat on and wheel after you get it running for 3k if you are lucky. Yeah it is a deal but at a cost unless you want to flip the project.
This guy owns a business. Makes GOOD bucks. So yes, he can afford to do everything. The question is "will he".

Restoration is a lot more than $15k. I took the time to come up with an estimate for my '75 which is not a rust bucket and I'm out over $25k....doing most of the work myself. I guess that is why mine will remain a survivor.

My avatar pic is all that left of my ‘66. Body was so bad I threw it away. My frame is in bad shape but fixable. Nice thing is I’m buying a brand new steel body so it will all work out. Of course I’ll likely spend as much on it as my Big Bend but oh well.

The plot thickens..

Has the lighted indicators under heater etc controls like later models , but T 4x4 shifter like mid years...and electric wipers...experts??

Doesn't look bad though...

Never know what's hiding .... but DAMN!

I want to say the labels for the knobs have significance, but I am unsure what. That started in certain years, prior to that they were engraved/stamped into the round bezels.

My 69 has the labeled bezels ... I believe it was T shift ..... so I'd say newer than 69.

Electric wipers and a t-shift transfer case, so it is 72 or earlier...

OK, according to my Wild Horses catalog, 72 used the labeled bezels for the knobs and switches, 73 had the lighted indicators, 74 moved the hazard to the column.

So this is most likely a 73.
Just be advised that there are virtually no constants with these 1G's.
