Definitely not a 73. The t-shift transfer case ended in 72. So I would say it's 69-72. Need to see more to narrow it down. It also looks like a 3 on the tree which I think 72 was the last year for that...

That is correct, early 73s did have the t-shift...my bad. Still not a 73 if it has 3 on the tree...

Anything up to 1977 might have three on the tree. '66 and I think 'early '67 had straight line TC shift (but not T handle) (late) 73 to 77 had J shift. From info so far I'd say '70 to early '73.

Dang, they say the first thing to go is your memory... I dug out my books and you are correct that the 3 speed manual was indeed available 66-77. I will tuck tail and go away . I do agree with the 70 to early 73...

So...by this and the T handle TC shifter it has to be an early '73!!

I've personally owned 2-73s, 1-76, and 2-77s all with C4 autos. I'm happy to get educated.
