Does anybody know or have a guess as to the width of the wheel on the OBX trim. I like the wheels, I just want to get some 33” tires with a decent tread.

@BE_ is correct, but I just wanted to pass this site on to you as well. ?

smh..... Wheel sizes was questioned fellas, not tire size... well @BE_ was probably being a wise ass... made me laugh anyways.

Don't usually see wheel size matching tire width though, typically narrower, so with that said, I haven't seen anything yet on wheel size, but figure a 17x9 would be the biggest for that tire. Sure someone else will offer more insight.

Edit: Or 18 x 9... I didn't pay enough attention to see the breakdown of the tire, so not sure on height without me actually looking into what was posted...

Good thing you started this thread for people that are too lazy to use the search function. Now I can put this here:

Did everyone see that Jeep has conceded to Ford and decided to get out of the SUV market?

Just let them know you will charge them $100 a month for that advertising space.
Exactly! First thing I do when I get home with a new vehicle is break out the hair dryer and take their advertising off.

Any one know if the steel bumpers can be wired for stock foglights like the plastic ones? or do we have to go aftermarket?

First question: I like the Outer Banks trim. I can get everything I want or need, except for a decent tire, without going with the Sasquatch package.

This picture shows stock wheel sizes for all trims towards the bottom.

Gotta buy one from a Ford site.... smh

Killing me today @BE_

This is fun responding without having to think today. Fake News at it's best! ?

Edit: While I have you here @BE_ , since I've been out of touch for the last 20 years, does ARB still make their air lockers? Or did that tech die back in the 80's?

i haven't the slightest idea what an "air locker" is, but apparently they do.

Getting harder to find this thread since none of the Doug's made it sticky yet... but wanted to drop by for a Public Announcement...

http://cherrybomb.com/project/glasspack/ (page includes a sound clip)

A few years back I looked for them and had appeared to be out of business. Guessing someone new maybe bought the name... idk, but I'm in heaven now. Just need a proper v8 to hook those babies up to ?

I swear to christ... was no one alive back in the 80's? That's all we did back then... headers, mufflers, locking diff's, big old 44" tires. Edit: Almost forgot the WARN Enforcer Bumper!! Light bars with KC HiLites.... the list goes on. We didn't have angry eyes back then, just shit that looked good!!

Well the kids who had money did that shit. I mostly went with lifts, 35" tires (already had my Outlaw II's), headers & exhaust.

Has anyone seen or know how the 2 door seats move in order to get into the back seat?

The 2 door seats are manual, so there's a grab bar under the seat to move it forward and the traditional lever to tilt the seatback.
