logically this makes sense - Build 9/25 - 6 Days Later 10/1 - MAP is a little over 9 hours from my dealership so 2x 8hr days for a driver = 10/3 Delivery

At this point Im along for the ride. I can't change anything and I can't speed it up. Only thing I would change is 35s with manual in 2022 if that actually happens. Otherwise liking kleaver 35x10.5 at the moment.....

My understanding is that "awaiting shipment" means it has been formally "released" from the plant. The plant has completed all assembly and inspection on the vehicle. Now it's in the queue to get on a train/truck, depending on destination.

That’s correct, same as what my dealer told me. They’re just waiting on transport and haven’t shipped.

Appreciate that. One way flight booked to Des Moines Friday the 8th. Have fishing trip this weekend and figured best we would do was delivery week of oct 2. Showed up early.

That’s correct, same as what my dealer told me. They’re just waiting on transport and haven’t shipped.

So just texted back and forth with my dealer (my cousin) about the timeline on the tracker, below. She agrees that the "Shipped Est. 17 days" means that shipping is estimated to occur 17 days after the built date (9/17). So that would mean shipping would occur this Monday (10/4) for Wednesday delivery (10/6). She agreed that that would be a reasonable transit time from MAP to her in south Virginia, barring any unforeseen delays. So, I'm comfortable that it won't ship until Monday, and I'll just chill until then. Thought I'd share this with you as it may be the same for you (or not...who knows?).

On a side note, as I was texting her, a truck came in to deliver two base Broncos (one for her husband), and an Expedition (plus some other vehicles). For the Broncos, she only showed "in transit shipped from plant" in her system. Never got a rail car number for them, nor that they would arrive today, and her husband hadn't received an update on his in over a week. On the other hand, the Expedition, from the Kentucky Truck Plant, had full and accurate updates all along the way in her system. So these incomplete, inaccurate updates are a MAP thing, apparently. Lucky us!

My salesman has been off for the last 2 days . I DIDN'T get a email from Ford but I checked my tracking and ITS AT THE DEALER !!

Got my front plate bracket today. No drilling used the 3 bolts already on the bumper.
