Wondering if that is why marked as blem?
Super swamper molds pre-date the current tire size system. They are their own size.

There was some rumors about Super Swamper getting new molds but they haven't released a new tire 10 years? Only new Sxs tires.

So they may be tiny 37s but Territories are tiny 35s so it's still a big step up.

Torquing these rings is unbelievably tedious. Supposed to get to 65nm. I'm made about 20 circles now and the bolts are still 10-15nm low by the time I make it back around to the start. Will I even get them done by May for Moab?

I hate beadlocks
And
am super happy that my jeeps stock rims hold my 37" tires without issue at 7psi

I'm going to call the local 4x4 shop and see what they charge. Watch it be like $100/tire.
How long did it take you?
Shop will probably change by the hour to do it right that will not be cheap. $125-$205 around me
Or it will be cheaper and they run them down with a air gun.

I stopped after an hour and it's still not all the way tight. That was using a 1/4" impact first which got to around 40nm. After that all by hand and I've hit each bolt about 20 times. Still squishing the bead.

I feel your pain, those Beadlock bolts are a tedious chore. I’ve done them twice, first time with the stock Goodyears, and a second time when I went to the 37 Yokohama’s. Well worth it in the end.

Not sure if this is helpful or not, you probably are using one, but if not, I made a template, seemed to speed things up.
