I thought this challenge was pretty easy.

I know there are plenty of railroad museums around the country and some of them exhibit steam locomotives outdoors. For instance, if you live in Carson City, NV, you could swing by the Nevada State Railroad Museum and park you Bronco right next to a steam locomotive.

I'd say no - Nothing in the challenge states it needs to be working.

Unless @Beach_Bum sees the picture and states that your Bronco was not next to the locomotive, but in fact perpendicular, therefor disqualifying you.

Maybe ensure you've taken pictures from a few angles, just to be safe

We have a 2-6-0 housed nearby but it’s locked inside a terrarium so I could get adjacent (park with partial view way in the background) but couldn’t get on the grounds without anything but my feet.

Manitou and Pikes Peak Engine Number 5 (CO-69 on the Wikipedia list ) is accessible from the road in Colorado Springs at the Broadmoor Hotel.
It is addressed at 19 Lake Circle Dr.
Is there someone from the Springs that can go and snap a picture?

That's the problem with ours, too. Unless I crash my Bronco into the building, it won't be anywhere near the steam engine.

I've found some Locomotives to visit near me in western MD but unfortunately it looks as if their is no way to get the Bronco anywhere near them
