I've been stockpiling the original ford hubcaps since the re-pop's are still back ordered and took the nicest ones to make a set of Four I could put together for now till the backordered ones come in. I like the look.

I designed a bracket that mounts to the OEM wheels and then the hubcap attaches to that. I had to remove the outer ring with the mounting “teeth”on it to get them to fit flush against the wheel.
I should mention I have access to CAD software and a waterjet to made the job much simpler and accurate, I didn’t want a wabbly out of round hubcap when driving.
And then there’s thisI'll never understand Ford's parts/accessory pricing. The 2dr and 4dr skid plate packages are both $830, but the 4dr includes a huge gas tank skid that isn't included in the 2dr because they come with it from the factory. How does that make sense?
Not that it affects me, I already have all the skids I need, but it is still irksome.
So if you have a 2 door and need skids, buy the 4 door set and sell the tank skid.And then there’s this
