Nothing I didn't expect. Road noise, particularly wind at highway speed. But mine's a soft top and I expected it plus the Bronco has the aerodynamics of a barn. So nothing unexpected. Mine's a 4-door, but has no coat hook on the B pillar to hang a jacket or dry cleaning. The only other ting is the mess under the hood. Ford clearly puts no effort at all into arranging wiring and plumbing to not look like my HS shop class project. And the design and functionality of the oil dipstick and lack of a transmission dipstick is criminal in a utility vehicle. Ford could fix this in about 2 hours of easy fab and layut work. Correct these issues. Not talking major problems – just the stuff that slowly gets under your skin over time.

Curious what’s been the most annoying “little thing” for you so far.
- windshield chips
- Interior rattles
- Road noise
- Something random you didn’t expect
Good to know. Maybe I stick with Jeep. Ford has screwed the pooch so bad for me with 2-door Broncos and options ("colors" too), let alone the pricing. There are two things that cause me driver fatigue on long trips: constant steering input, and constant loud noise. I thought switching from a 2022 Jeep Wrangler to a Ford Bronco would improve both those characteristics, but I was sorely mistaken. The Bronco is so obnoxiously loud on the highway. I tried everything to fix it. Even bought a $5,000 aftermarket hard top. It was just excessivley loud. The Bronco also rattles like crazy, and the frameless windows are hot garbage. I spent 3 years chasing one issue after the next.
I went back to a 2026 Jeep Wrangler, and they have made big improvements. I much prefer a little more driver input than the constant effing noise tornado. God bless you if you like your Bronco sounding like an open toolbox rolling down a hill when you get groceries.
Interesting, I recently swapped to a heavier more aggressive tire, and while I can hear it... It isn't obtrusive. Could barely hear the stock tires. There are two things that cause me driver fatigue on long trips: constant steering input, and constant loud noise. I will be the first to admit that some people have troubles with them, my biggest gripe is people expecting me to have problems with mine. the other thing that chaps my hide is people complaining about wind noise on a Bronco, we bought a box to drive down the highway.... it will be noisy, do you know what isn't noisy... my Volvo ... but the Bronco is a lot more funNot talking major problems – just the stuff that slowly gets under your skin over time.

I got very unlucky. Cam phasers needed replaced at 20,000 miles. Both front CV axles needed to be replaced at 25,000 miles. Multiple trips to the dealership to fix floppy windows. Multiple soft top warranty repairs (until Ford decided when to stop honoring the warranty). Purchased a hard top, and it creaked like crazy. I was told on multiple occasions by the dealership that if my Bronco was taken offroad it would void the warranty. It was just a complete cluster.Interesting, I recently swapped to a heavier more aggressive tire, and while I can hear it... It isn't obtrusive. Could barely hear the stock tires.
No creaks or rattles either.
Not even the windows.
Either I got lucky or you got very unlucky.
I am living with it for now. I just received new wheels I had ordered, and next tires, and then a small lift. Priorities!!!that’s quite the list… but sounds like you’ve learned to live with it.
Three windshield cracks across vehicles is rough though — that alone would drive most people crazy.
Do you continue to drive with them until they get too bad or fix them right away?
Somebody has already told you this I suspect. :- ) Forscan solves this, though you have to buy an OBD2 plug, download Forscan to your computer, read the forums here, and learn how to use it. I think the dedicated programming tools you can buy will do this too, though I did it the cheap way. :- )Most annoying is the double honk if you leave the car running with the key in your pocket. Haven't found a way to disable it, but man is it annoying.
