Really, How good are 4wp/pro comp 2.5” coilovers??

They can be adjusted to less than stock height if you change springs. I swapped my springs on the 4wp coilovers to 500f and 200r and am now .5” under nonsas badlands height. I have been very pleased with the ride and stance.

I bought the Bilstein 6112's for my up coming 2026 Bronco but decided afterwards, they weren't ideal for me...without even trying them.

Steel body, non-rebuildable, too firm street ride, a LOT more work to install...

I think I might just pull the trigger on these...they sound like there is no significant down side
And decent price for the whole thing...

I had 37's on my base Sas before installing these coilovers. I think they lifted my front around 2" and the rear around 3/4"-1".

Here's a before:

and after. The fronts have settled a little (maybe 1/4") since this picture was taken so there is a little rake at this point. I have the rears set at about the minimum lift so you can't go lower in the rear with the stock ProComp springs, you would need to swap out the springs.

Have you wheeled it with and without the coilovers? Difference in feel? How’s the ride with the pro comp springs on a 2 door? And finally did you do any other mods with them such as the rear parhard mount?

No wheeling, it feels like less nose dive for sure, I had to do the rear trackbar relocation bracket. I was able to keep the stock UCA's and they got it aligned but it looks like there isn't much left to be able to adjust. I like the ride better than stock but that's a pretty subjective thing and I've had quite a few stiff vehicles so if it is stiffer, it doesn't bother me at all (even with a bad back).

Just an Update. I just swapped out my 6100s for these. Only have a few days on them, but like them so far. The fronts feel pretty good, the rear may be a little stiff, once i get them off road and flex them -break them in a little more I will be able to tell better.

Before I Started I was at 41 inches at the flare edges all the way around. Basically I had the 6100s on the lowest clip on the front with a Zone level, I believe the backs were on the second clip, sitting on 37s. (4 door with spare, sliders and skids)

I adjusted the Pro Comps down to the minimum recommended threads showing, plus a little pre load. (about 1 inch on the rears and prolly more like 5/8 instead of 3/8 on the fronts)

Once installed I was at 41.5 in the rear, and 41 in the front. I adjusted the fronts to match at 41.5. Once I drove around a little they settled , so I will have to adjust a little again, and get it aligned.

The 6100s were wore out? I only had about 15,000 miles on them, some tough trails as well as easier trails, and mostly road miles. They have been on for about 3 years. Only have 22,000 miles on my Bronco total. I noticed the rears were leaking and had oil and dirt caked on around the tops, and were riding really rough before I swapped them out.

Anyway, pretty happy with the Pro-Comps so far.

Before the kit, my rear end was squirly after bumps and dips. I also found it quite stiff. I just installed it and went for a ride. Wow. It feels planted now in the rear and more plush, not as jarring. I attached a pic for reference. It's perfectly flat with the ground now.

I really like the Procomps. They feel much better than my Bilstein Hoss 2.0 and the Zone 1 inch level I had. Highly recommend them! If anyone wants more info on them. Feel free to ask. I didn't find much info on them before ordering, luckily I DM'd a few guys here and they were super helpful.

I just recieved my pro comp coilovers. Did everyone’s lower bolt come a noticeable smaller diameter bolt and cross bar that bolts to the lower control arm? Or did I get recieve the wrong ones?

Post a picture of what you have, I did my install 14 months ago so I don't really recall. The bolt do look like they are smaller though.

They are already installed. There is quite I bit of room/slop in the hole. I torqued them to the spec they have int he directions. The cross bar is too small to up size the hole. The heads if the old Eibach where 3/4” the new bolts were 5/8” head size. Which would lead me to believe the Eibach were 1/2” bolts and the pro comp are 7/15.

I helped my buddy install his, yes I noticed this immediately and didn't like it at all. We adjusted both of them the same, meaning as far out as they would go, and tighten them up. They have been fine.

My assumption is because they make these similar parts fit a variety of vehicles.

What are your thoughts so far on the performance difference between the Eibachs and the Pro Comps now? I have the Eibachs with HD springs, they look to be in much better shape than your old ones.
