Well that got serious quick…Those prisoners get two hots and a cot in addition to their $2/day for their poor life choices…but preach on

and I’m pretty sure those Canadians make that choice as part of their free will 🤷‍♂️.
Where I worked it was 3 hots and vocational training.

Not serious just random tidbits facts......Canadian TFW is importing the lowest peasants from 4th world who would sell the rest of their organs if they could then get abused and exploited by companies with HQ in various countries via Canadian operating entity or more often on site outsourcing vendor to maintain distance on paper with intent to minimize reputational risk LOL.

Three strikes and 25 years for a joint is another way to rope in cheap long term labor haha.

Not judging just interesting random facts.....I'd happily be a slave too if no food and zero future possibilities....and was abused and exploited worker during tough times like many.

Don’t worry, Filson issued a recall for that strap. No fix available though. No, they won’t tell you when the fix will be available, give it a year… or 2. Oh you need this bag for business? Don’t care. Oh you want to know why it’s taking so long to fix? Here, call this customer support center for Filson recalls in India where a rep that has never even seen a Filson bag wil read the recall details off the website and not help at all

Hey, but they got an award for #1 initial quality! Oh snap, that was Ford. My bad.

I read through this entire thread waiting for this comment. Thank you.

I’m not going to carry water for Filson. Don’t know anything about them. But I do have experience with the Ford Bronco, and I really don’t think we should be getting high and mighty on the B6G forum, pretending that the Bronco is a paragon of build quality and reliability.

Also, to the guy claiming Ford needs to tap into the Jeep Rubicon market… 🤣🤣🤣! I think you might be splitting hairs. The Jeep Rubicon market and Bronco Badlands market are almost the exact same person, except a like/dislike for rubber ducks.

Did you contact them with the same supporting photos and your complaints? I reckon they will take care of your concerns/complaints.
@Tonka53 Have you followed up with Filson customer service? Seems only fair that you share their resolution since you put them on blast first.

"Three strikes"?? "Roped in", what is wrong with people??

A friend of mine of over 30 years was a customer waiting in line at a store in California and was murdered by a 32 year old during a robbery. The ONLY reason that piece of shit got life was because it was his THIRD MUDER CONVICTION!! He was 16 when he committed the first murder and was released, by law, and less than a month after his release he was arrested and then convicted of second degree murder and only received 7 years. He was out less than 2 months when he murdered my friend.

Here in Idaho that garbage would had been tried as an adult and faced the firing squad for the first one.

And by the way, I have worked with Prison Industries at the Federal Correctional Institution in Bastrop, TX for years and have talked to a lot of inmates. One thing that they all told me, "they would rather do the work than sit in their cell all day" and they don't consider themselves as "victims", but do consider themselves fortunate that they are in the program.

Of course the folks in CN prisons probably say the same as do all everywhere for the most part except the few who seem studying and earning useful degrees....

True, only 52% of those that earn "useful" degrees return to prison within 3 years upon release. But then, only 33% who receive vocational training return during that same time period.

Places like Danville Correctional Center offer courses such as " A Guide to the Challenges and Opportunities After Deportation" or " A New Path, and deportation guides specific to Honduras and Guatemala".

Probably the most sought after degrees by inmates come from Blackstone Career Institute where they offer numerous legal an paralegal courses........................................

Would be nice if 3.0 was an option for all Broncos...pretty much the major attracrionnpoint of Filson.

Certainly not surprising though, since the 2.7 isn't even an option for all Bronco's
I'm shocked that Ford hasn't opened it up more, since CAFE went to the wayside. I guess they don't have the ability to increase production in the short term. If things change in the future, it is an easy fix.

Ford not motivated to do much in US market thanks to extreme protectionist measures ....if CN vehicles were allowed it would be found on road dead in 4 years max relgayed to producing F series and govt vehicles, which is most of their business now ....until BYF kills them off with their trucks. we
