Maybe, but most chrome parts on autos these days are plastic.
Right... But those parts are steel.... Period. The remaining parts that are black are the plastic part of the "capable" bumper.
Think we’ve seen a grill painted silver, maybe the one with the silver painted hubcaps….

Of course, I assumed he was responding to my comment about the grill. It may not be steel, but it the chrome look is definitely an option there.

Only mine more so because it's wrinkled as hell 
that chrome vinyl didn't like to stretch and when it did it got dull...
